Return & Refund Policy

At WoofMeow Pawtner, every product is unique and printed specifically for you only after you place an order. This means your item is one-of-a-kind! Because of this personalized process, we have a specific policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Damages and Manufacturing Errors

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or has a printing error, we will make it right!

  • How to report: Please contact us at Hansstore.3800@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
  • What to include: You must provide your order number and a clear photo showing the issue (the damage or the incorrect print).
  • Resolution: Once verified, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund. You do not need to return the defective item.

2. Sizing and "Change of Mind"

Because each shirt is printed-to-order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if you:

  • Ordered the wrong size.
  • Ordered the wrong color.
  • Simply changed your mind or no longer want the item.

Please consult our Size Chart carefully (available on every product page) before completing your purchase to ensure the perfect fit.

3. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

  • If an order is returned to the sender because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

4. Returns Process

If you have a legitimate issue (as described in Section 1), please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer’s address listed on the package.

  • Step 3: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

5. European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period

For shipments to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days for any reason. However, please note that this does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (which includes all POD items in our store). For non-personalized items, the goods must be in their original condition and packaging.
